What shipped

The hello example is a D main. It calls init, builds a stack, hangs a button on it, and blocks in run(). The window that appears is ShadUI chrome: themed title bar, dark ShadTheme, a Primary-class button—not a bare Avalonia rectangle with system decorations.

Avalonia itself is a .NET UI toolkit. No D wrapper showed up on GitHub, awesome-d, or the DUB registry before this package. D cannot import a C# assembly, so avalonia-d does not project every Avalonia type. A small C# host exports a C ABI through DNNE; D loads the native shim and wraps opaque handles.

The high-level look is not a from-scratch shadcn clone. ShadUI already covers that kit for Avalonia (MIT, NuGet ShadUI, Avalonia 12.1 as of 0.2.4). The host consumes it. Russkyc.UI.Avalonia is a second class-based theme in the same design language.

v0 covers window, stack, scroll, card, button, text, text box, and checkbox. It is not a generated 1:1 mapping of the Avalonia catalog.
