Made free, realloc, sizeOf, and block-attribute operations reject interior pointers as required by the GC interface.

Removed the fixpoint depth limit now that tri-state marking scans each reached block at most once.

Added regressions for interior-pointer contracts, duplicate remote frees, 300-object reachability chains, oversized allocation rejection, and private-to-region references.
