Scaffolded the GraphRAG indexer D background service project.

Included minimal starting app, .gitignore, and dprint.json.

Initialized Antora documentation structure with playbook linkages to the D Lang Supplemental framework.

Documented planned implementation (memory monitor, transparent HUD using dlangui).
